Husvik has signed a contract with a Norwegian contractor on delivery of 7 exclusive houses
Total area of this 3 storey one building for 7 houses is 4000m2.
Element deliveries were divided in 2 parts – all 7 house basements and the rest parts of all 7 houses. The first shipment of the basement elements Husvik started on February 23 (to the building site) and finished on 30March (to the building site).
The first shipment of the rest parts of the houses started on May 11 (to the building site) and it is planned to make the last delivery on August 22.
This project was a much higher level of challenge for Husvik as before. For the first time Husvik made curved roof panels and we have done it well.
On May 9 the clients together with Husvik project managers and client consultants (according to Norwegian rules for such a big and exclusive project there must be involved special consultants, who follow all process – starting from engineering and finishing when houses are ready) visited Husvik factory and was surprised about its gigh quality and detailing in good way.
The project will be completed in November 2011.
